RATES

 
18% commission structure (per stay)
For a more flexible service the following charges apply:
 
Guest check-in, walk-through & key handover:     R300.00
Guest check-out and property inspection:     R300.00
Housekeeping/Maintenance management:     R450.00
 
Kindly note that the above pricing is quoted on office hours (08h00 till 17h00). 
An after-hours surcharge fee of R150.00 will apply to the above services.
